Does the posture corrector work?

I am a 23 year old male and I have bad posture. Does the posture corrector work?

Yes posture corrector can help. But you need to identify what caused the bad posture to truly correct this problem
The best thing to correct posture is exercise/improved ergonomics with desk/computer work and chiropractic care, not in that order necessarily. Posture correctors are not the best way to improve posture.
The posture corrector does help to prevent bad posture from happening. If you already have bad posture this is a useful tool to remind your body what good posture feels like.
I never recommend the posture corrector. Yes, it can help, but if you rely on it, your postural muscles will weaken, which will make the problem worse. The best way to improve posture is to strengthen those muscles. If you think you have a problem with posture, visit your chiropractor.
