It is not recommended that you try to adjust your shoulders on your own. What you can do though is work on some easy rotator cuff exercises that a chiropractor could show you with a theraband. Another thing you could do is foam roll your rotator cuff muscles, pecs, back and neck muscles that would help your should be balanced.

I would not advise adjusting your shoulders by yourself. A structural chiropractor can find out the underlying problem for your shoulders and treat you accordingly.
Not a good idea, so don't. Visit your chiropractor.
You cannot adjust your own shoulders. The proper education and training is needed to make the decision whether an adjustment is deemed necessary. Administration of an adjustment must be done by a professional and cannot be properly done to oneself.
It is not advisable to try and "adjust" your own shoulders. What you can do is strengthen the scapular muscles with targeted exercises or programs. I really like Crossover Symmetry.
Not recommended. Chiropractors learn how to adjust every joint in the body correctly with the correct line drive and force. And even when not to adjust. Please see a professional to adjust your shoulder.
