How do you realign your knee?

I am a 29 year old female. I want to know how do you realign your knee?

Get knee checked by ortho or chiropractor.
That’s a tricky question because a true realignment would indicate that you had dislocated it and requires a professional to do it or brace it. Many people “feel” like it’s misaligned or it “looks” misaligned, which could be muscular imbalance, which gives you the feel of misalignment. Start by stretching the muscles of the legs to increase flexibility.

I would go to a chiropractor who treats extremities. Go to ActiveRelease.com and hit Find a Provider.

Realignment of the knee must be left to professionals such as licensed Chiropractors. You can improve the health and function of your knees with a good exercise and stretching routine that promotes proper movement of the hips and ankles.
