How long does a pulled muscle take to heal?

I am a 30 year old male. I want to know how long does a pulled muscle take to heal?

Depends on how bad the "pull" is. A few days for minor, days to weeks for mild to moderate, a month or more for something more severe. Evaluation and treatment helps speed this up
Depends on the severity of the pull. Mild pull goes away in a week fully. Moderate to severe pulls can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to recover. Pull can be just a tight muscle or a strain which is more on the line of micro tearing. Those take longer to heal, of course.

Really depends how bad the muscle strain is. Usually 2-6 weeks. Very often, people think it's a muscle strain, but it's a more serious underlying issue and the body responds with muscle guarding or spasm. So, the patient thinks the muscle is the primary problem and it isn't. Or, it might just be muscle strain.

Depends which part of the body and how bad it was, if you have swelling, bruising, muscle bunching or not.
Six weeks minimum.

There are a lot of factors that go into healing. Age, genetics, diet, lifestyle, and stress are some of those factors. It also depends on the severity and mechanism of injury.
4 to 8 weeks
Pulled muscles usually take about 6 weeks to heal. This can be sped up or slowed down dependent on proper rehabilitation or repetitive injury.
