Sperm can enter the uterus within 5 minutes after ejaculation.
You don't need to do anything special. As long as you don't douche, then the sperm will stay inside you whether or not you are standing, sitting, or lying down.
Almost immediately after ejaculation during vaginal sex, sperm have gone into the female uterus and tubes. Even when liquid leaks out after, most of the sperm have swim up already. So you don’t need to stay in any particular position for a prolonged time afterwards.
