“How to recover your relationship with your family after cheating?”
I am a 52 year old male and I cheated on my wife. My kids heard us fighting and now won't speak to me. My youngest child, 13, isn't sleeping over this. How to recover your relationship with your family after cheating?

This needs to be directed to a family therapist. It is a completely reasonable question but outside the realm of sleep medicine. The sleep difficulty is simply a symptom of the underlying stress/anxiety/anger disorder.
