What kind of anesthesia is used for cystoscopy?

I am a 40 year old male and I will have a cystoscopy. What kind of anesthesia is used for cystoscopy?

Either local in the urethra or general
General or possibly sedation and local if fiberoptic
Typically general anesthesia...breathing tube and gas. It’s possible to use a spinal, but this would be uncommon.
Could be done under spinal anesthesia, general anesthesia, or local and intravenous sedation.
