“Why am I always angry and sensitive?”
I am a 22 year old female who gets angry and sensitive very quickly. I know that I am overweight, but if someone comments on it, I freak out. Is this normal behavior?

Not very abnormal. You describe yourself as sensitive, and this might be the cause. Or you could be a bit depressed.
Probably you are frustrated with your own image, and getting therapy to improve your self esteem will help. You need to love yourself and be comfortable in your own skin. Therapy and taking care of yourself will help.
Not really! We do tend to take things personally when we are young. You are just insecure about your weight. This is when you can decide to change that, mentally and physically. Only because in a spiritual manner, we must learn to eat healthy and I mean really healthy. A vegetarian lifestyle. Stay away from chips and candy and processed foods. Then eat as much as you want. Then stay away from people who might say things that you don’t like, but don’t go off on them. Walk away or tell them you don’t like what they are saying
I would say that it is immature behavior for a 22-year-old. My suggestion would be to arrange for an evaluation by a counselor or therapist.
