Why did my hearing change after being on a plane?

I am a 36 year old male. I went on a plane 3 days ago and still have trouble with hearing.

This is usually due to cabin pressure changes and the ability to equalize. Afrin at takeoff and landing will help with one spray in each nostril.
Hi there, its likely your tympanic membranes are still experiencing some negative pressure from the planes descent. If you are able, try to pop the ears and see if this helps. Typically this will resolve on its own within a few days.
