Your colon wakes up in the morning along with the rest of you, so colon motility increases and more IBS symptoms may occur as a result.
Because codon motility is suppressed at night.
When you wake up from sleep your stress hormones start to come in.
Our bowels naturally move in the morning so that is probably why.
