    The pain is relevant to the surgeon, the procedure, and how you follow the post-operative instructions. No matter who does it, a major operation on the nose has pain.     Yes, if you are with an experienced surgeon. This is HUGE in consideration of the result. Ask them directly about their experience and ask to see pictures. There are two specialties that do rhinoplasties. ENT and PLASTIC surgeons. Make sure they have experience and the pictures show good results. Also, this operation is being done by them regularly.     See a plastic surgeon as soon as possible. I cannot identify the marks by the picture. However, it does deserve a close look. They are not the usual stretch marks. READ MORE
