Looks like inflammation . Normally episcleritis is treated with anti inflammatory meds

There’s no hospital stay . It’s outpatient

Yes they can

You could. Usually, I recommend refractive surgery once your visit is stable.
I would like to know about some eye tests?
The pic quality is very hazy, but overall nerve fiber layer looks okay so you’re a glaucoma suspect and need monitoring with tests every 6 months.
