PCOS symptoms can be similar to pregnancy symptoms. It would be best to get your hormones checked and evaluate the state of the PCOS.

Yes, it is possible to be pregnant. If no cycle has yet started a pregnancy test would be in order.

This can be normal continuation of implantation bleeding but that may not be the case. You should see your OB doctor for evaluation.
