How long do you stay in the hospital after varicose vein ablation?
Many are done in the office/surgery center outpatient setting. Some in the hospital are usually out of pt.

Every surgery carries some inherent risk. But if done right by qualified vascular surgeon I would consider this a low risk surgery.

Depends on what treatment you had. If it is injection sclerotherapy you should be able to run within a day or two

Vascular pain in legs usually occurs with ambulating. Called claudication.
What exercises can I do to get rid of varicose veins?
Exercise will not remove them but good muscle tone helps prevent them
Can you prevent spider veins?
Compression stockings can help to decrease venous hypertension in legs while pregnant
