Continue to take the pills of no concern for pregnancy. It sometimes takes a few cycles

I have a hard lump above my clitoris?

It may be simply an irritation or infection. Testosterone injections can cause enlargement of the clitoris. I would suggest letting your physician look at it.

That would be unlikely. Theoretically possible but not likely even if ejaculation occurred. Just avoid that situation

I would suggest seeing your doctor. It could be a cut or infection or something accidentally stick I there. . I dont know if tear from the hymenal ring area. Just get checked.

Messed up my birth control?

Pregnancy seems unlikely but it wouldn’t hurt to do pregnancy test. It may be because you missed the pill.

You might need some antibiotics if inflamed. I would see your Doctor if still hurts.

I recommend you see your Doctor to evaluate this. The Doctor needs to check on the healing & incision.
