Yes. MRI studies have shown that round implants will change their shape once implanted will conform to the tissues surrounding them, especially when a patient is upright. Many woman with breast implants have naturally appearing breasts. Talk with your plastic surgeon.

You can wash your face starting the day after surgery, but it's recommended that your nasal splint remains dry for the week that it is in place. If your nasal splint gets wet, the lining can mildew. This may or may not affect your final result, but it will create a strange odor that surrounds you until the splint is removed.

A nose job is forever, and the surgery is intended to create permanent changes in your nasal shape and appearance. Your face, however, including your nose, will continue to show the gradual changes of aging.

Initially, your surgeon may want you to avoid sleeping on your breast implants for a few weeks immediately following surgery to avoid implant displacement. But sleeping on your breast implants long-term has no known negative effects. Although your chiropractor may feel differently, depending on the size of your breast implants. Discuss this with your doctors.

If you remove breast implants, your breasts will get smaller and sag more. Sometimes your breasts will look fine to you, especially if you have a fair amount of residual beast tissue and your skin is young, tight and elastic. Other times your breasts may look droopy and flatten like pancakes. Many women will look better if the have a breast lift (called a mastopexy) at the time of implant removal. Breast volume can be restored by fat transfer to the breasts from other areas. There is no single answer. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Ask your plastic surgeon.

So, you're asking if a temporal brow lift is temporary? Yes. But depending on the anatomy, and the vectors, and the type of fixation, a temporal brow lift can last for years and years. Talk to your plastic surgeon.
