Today as I begin to ponder what to write, I can’t help but think about the people whom I have met and who have written to me in the past week, who wished they had made their health a priority.
Some of the comments people have shared with me say, if you don’t make health a priority, it can be so easy to let things slide. An example is, “Just this once won’t hurt” or being afraid of being seen as a “health nut”. You may accept less of yourself as you feel unworthy or so down on yourself that you have given up caring.
People have shared with me their great disappointment as to how they were easily led and influenced by people who were not health conscious or believed that becoming financially wealthy would be the road to happiness. Only to find that they were unable to enjoy their wealth as they didn’t have their health.
Applying a healthy mindset to making your health a top priority is the key foundation to living your best life for your whole life.
