I don't think you got correct answer to your symptoms. Need to see an ENT . It sure doesn't seem like Meniere's. See an ENT and get another audiogram if needed
Stuffy nose?
Using nose spray is not the answer to this, Please consult an ENT
No voice?
You need to consult an ENT who can examine your Vocal Cords and can better give you right answer
nasal adenoid surgery

Swollen lymph node?
If it fluctuates like this, then likely there is infection in draining area Please consult an ENT who can do thorough examination and guide you further
Ringing in ears?
Please consult an ENT specialist and have full evaluation including Audiogram and ECOG
