Bradicardia condition?

Should I go to the emergency room with a pulse that drops as low as 26 then when it goes back up it will be 90 to 100 for about a minute? Then it drops to the upper 70's to low 80's for approximately 3-4 minutes then drops to the lower 30' s again. It does this three or 4 times then goes to the lower 70's.

Yes, you should go to the emergency room when your pulse drops into the 20s even though it sounds like you are t necessarily having symptoms. with your other medical conditions including stents that could indicate a problem.
Yes, you definitely need to go to the ER when your heart rate goes that low but you really need to make an appointment with a cardiologist to check out the reason why you have bradycardia. The need to do a Holter monitor, ultrasound of your heart, and blood work to see why this is happening.
