Does straightening your spine increase height?

I am a 24 year old male. I want to know if straightening your spine increases height?

Yes. 1/2” to 1”. With good posture and chiropractic adjustments.
Yes, if your spine is twisting to one side and forward. Just like unraveling a twisted cord.
That depends on how bad your posture and the curvatures of your spine are. It could add mm to your height unless you have some extreme curvatures happening, then it can increase about an inch or so.

Yes, if you’re bent over and get straightened you’ll be taller.
The human spine has three natural spinal born curves for optimum performance and balance. So no is the answer. Your spine will also decrease in height as you age naturally.
It could but not by very much
Usually the increase in height has to do with correcting postural issues. If there is significant scoliosis or kyphosis in the spine, then straightening the spine will add height.
Yes because standing with erect posture will give you your optimal height ears in line with shoulder is best standing posture.
Nothing is going to increase your anatomic height. But if you are hunched over and not standing straight, then when you straighten up, you will appear taller.
