I am feeling uneven pressure in my ears, and it has been going like this for the past 2 months?

My eardrum was ruptured and water went into it during a shower, I started experiencing pain 2 days after that. I accidentally used the decongestant fluticasone inside my ear, the pain though decreased a bit, then it started popping or making clicking noises. I didn't know at that time that my ear was ruptured so I tried cleaning it through irrigation, it made it even worse, I started taking Ipubrufen and amoxcilin after that it made my ears a bit lighter, but the problem becomes worse cause I catch a cold after every 2-4 days. I am worried that the hole inside my eardrum has become bigger and the symptoms don't end.

From what you are telling me, you have chronically damaged eardrum and chronic Eustachian tube dysfunction. You clearly need an ENT MD to call and see when problems arise. Keep the ear dry. Make an appt.
I recommend you see an ear, nose and throat physician to evaluate the status of the ear drum perforation and determine if infection is present. An ENT physician can monitor the healing process, treat or prevent infection, and determine if surgical intervention is necessary if the drum is not healing satisfactorily.

It reads as if you are being treated. Most perforations will heal themselves if it is small. If not, you may require a surgery to patch the perforation. Never put anything into your ear canal without being advised to do so.
Are you able to see an Ear, Nose, and Throat physician? If so, that's step number one. Go see a physician so they can take a look at your ears and start with a diagnosis so they can potentially treat.
Someone needs to recheck. And the key is to keep it absolutely dry.
