Depends on how important it is for you
Rhinoplasty, also known as nose reshaping surgery, is a procedure that modifies the size, shape, and proportions of the nose. When planned and performed by a trained and skilled facial plastic surgeon rhinoplasty can not only improve the appearance of the nose but also enhance facial harmony. Rhinoplasty can also be performed to address breathing or other functional problems caused by structural deformities. If you have any of these concerns, then it might be worth it for you.
Only you can determine if it is worth getting a rhinoplasty. However, you can see a board certified surgeon to help with your decision and to determine your risk to benefit ratio. Most rhinoplasty procedures in the right hands are straight forward and carry little risk.
Depending on changes you wish to make, might be worth it. If your expectations are realistic,it should.
That's a personal question for you to answer, however, if unsure, get a non surgical rhinoplasty with filler (restylane). Most changes can be seen with a filler. This will give you an idea if a permanent change is what you want.
I would advise that you see competent plastic or ENT with cosmetic training to find out the best choice for you
Most people who choose rhinoplasty are thrilled with the outcome.
It depends on the severity of your functional issues with breathing as well as any cosmetic concerns, but assuming that this issues and concerns are valid and reasonable ones, then, generally, yes!

Seek a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to conduct a thorough evaluation and nasal analysis to determine what rhinoplasty plan is best for you. There are many approaches and techniques that we use to reshape the nose, particularly the underlying nasal skeleton, which is composed of both bone and cartilage.

For a small subset of patients with more subtle irregularities to the nasal contour, injecting dermal filler can be an option rather than surgery, but one should exercise caution with this approach as injections to the nose do bear risks of skin necrosis (death of some of the skin) and rarely, even blindness.

Again, whether pursuing a surgical or “liquid” (non-surgical) rhinoplasty, select a specialist with proper credentials, such as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who understands facial anatomy extremely well.

That's a good question and a complex one. It really depends on many factors. One is how bad is the cosmetic problem that concerns you? Another, of course, is how you feel about it. Also important is to what extent the problem can be corrected and it's important to have realistic expectations. A good place to start is to have a non-hurried consultation with a plastic surgeon with experience in this field who listens to your concerns and explains your options. Don't be shy about getting more than one opinion, and be sure you are comfortable with any recommendations that are made.
