“Rock hard poop?”
To help with this I am taking 3 sachets of laxido 4 ducosate 4 tangerines and 2 liters of fluid. These are not helping what else can I do?

Go see a GI specialist.
I would drink enough to have light-colored urine a few times per day and no more. I would try miralax 3 doses a day. If your stool is too frequent or too soft or watery, gradually decrease the dose.
Increase fiber in diet and take dulcolax and miralax each twice per day, every day, until bowel movement is achieved
