“Vagina shrunk?”
I can’t have sex. I feel like my vagina has shrunk.

You should see your gynecologist, you may have atrophy of the vagina from menopause, there could be medical conditions also affecting the elasticity of the tissue. An exam will offer some insight and then he/she can discuss medical and rejuvenation options if those are applicable.
During the menopause the mucosa of the vagina gets thinner & more sensitive. There is some shrinkage also. Intercourse can become more uncomfortable. There are several treatments that are effective including Vaginal estrogen. I would advise seeing a gynecologist as there are several things that can provide relief & allow you to lead a normal life.
