Please get an evaluation by your local hand doctor. Once you do you must get an x-ray of your left wrist.
I would recommend that you come in to obtain X-rays of your wrist to make sure there isn't a fracture or ligamentous injury. Some of these can go undiagnosed for years before becoming very problematic. At which point it becomes too late to fix a simple problem.
If it is continuing to hurt, it is time you went in to have someone look at it. They can examine you and possibly take an X-ray. Most hand specialists don't require a specialty referral, so I would find one in your community with a good reputation and contact their office to be seen.
First step, get an X-ray to rule out a fracture. Then possibly an MRI to rule out ligament damage.
My suggestion is that if you are still having pain after 8 weeks, you should see a physician to be examined and get X-rays. You want to be certain that you are not neglecting an injury that could be more problematic in the future.
Could represent a fracture or soft tissue contusion. Either way you should get high quality hand xrays and wrist xrays and followup with an orthopedic hand surgeon ASAP
Hi there!

I suggest you see a local orthopedic hand surgeon and have an evaluation with X-ray.
