“How do I measure net carbs?”
How can I measure net carbs? Is there some equation? How do I do it? I'm planning to take on the Keto diet and I understand that this is really important for the diet.

The best way to measure carb intake is by using a nutrition tracker like MyFitness Pal, MyNetDiary (Calorie tracker) or any other app. Many of them are free. I do NOT endorse or recommend the Keto diet. There are healthier ways to reduce weight that are sustainable.
Primarily, look at the food label and subtract fiber from carbohydrates. Then you can add the totals up and get your net carbs.
To calculate your net carb intake for the day, take your total fiber number and subtract it from your total grams of carbohydrates. For example, after a sample day of beginner keto eating, I consumed 33 grams of carbs and 13 grams of fiber. 33 – 13 = 20 net carbs — not bad!
