How soon can you walk after rotator cuff surgery?

I am a 35 year old male. I want to know how soon can you walk after rotator cuff surgery?

You can walk right away but generally just necessary walking. Any type of exercise walking or jarring may cause pain at the surgical site in the shoulder.

Immediately, assuming you are awake and oriented. Your surgeon will let you know when you can remove your arm from the sling.

You typically you can walk the same day. After the anesthesia wears off usually within a few hours.
