NO
Not recommended to self adjust every single day. Self adjusting every day can lead to hyper mobility of the ligaments and muscles attaching to your spine. Self adjusting is non-specific and usually more cavity joints that don't have to be manipulated or adjusted.
No. Cracking your spine on a daily basis can cause your spinal joints to become hypermobile and that can cause instability in your spine.
it is not normal to crack your back very day. It is common for some people. There might be an underlying problem or just habit. The best is to see a chiropractor for a complete exam and find out if there is a reason you feel the need to do so.
It really depends on how you do it and many other factors. You should really consult with a reputable chiropractor.

It’s common but it could be due to muscle or ligament weakness in the spine. So it’s not always a good thing for that to happen.
No!!! Don't intentionally crack or pop your own neck or back. Doctors of Chiropractic themselves don't crack their own neck. Cracking or popping on movement is not necessarily a concern if it is not causing additional symptom such as: pain, discomfort, numbness, tingling and/or other problems. It is important to get appropriate evaluation of your condition and this can be done by a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC).
This is usually a normal side effect of joint motion. If there is pain then you should seek out Chiropractic to treat joint dysfunction.
The short answer is yes. Back cracking might feel good, but it's safest when left to a professional because popping your own back can lead to pulled muscles or strained tendons. If done in moderation, you're less likely to experience dangerous side effects.
