It is either the crown, or tooth part, that is loose or the implant itself. If the crown is loose, it needs to be tightened back down. If the implant itself is loose, unfortunately, it will need to be removed. READ MORE

You should be careful over the first week or so, then be able to advance back to normal function. READ MORE

That is a risk of the surgery, and depends on how close the lower teeth are to the nerve within the jaw. They should be able to show you this on your xray. The area of feeling of concern would be from the corner of the mouth to the midline on lower lip and chin, and has a small risk of being permanent. READ MORE

Follow all of your post op instructions carefully. Start with pain meds while still numb. Alternate between NSAID (like Motrin) and tylenol, using narcotic pain meds only as needed. READ MORE
