The uncontrolled movements are most likely myoclonus. These are similar to what can happen (for most of us) when we are just falling asleep, feel like youre falling, have a sudden jerk all over, and awaken. What you are describing and the feeling of being unable to stay still, may or may not be related, and probably are not serious. It may even be impossible to find a causE. There medicines to prevent the uncontrollable movements, if it occurs often enough to warrant daily treatment.Talk to your family doctor, or show them this.

Tics are a common occurrence in children. They typically go away with age. They can be a part of Tourettes Syndrome, and are accompanied by making noises, grunts or sounds or words. But tics alone are the most common situation. If they are frequent or distressing to the individual, there are medications to treat them. An EEG is appropriate in order to make sure the movements arent seizures, in which case a different kind of medication is used to treat them. They are not associated with any adult illnesses like Parkinsons or Alzheimers. And they are only occasionally seen in multiple family members. A doctor might ask as part of a complete history about whether there are any neurological problems in the family, but only to be thorough in their evaluation, not necessarily to imply a relationship between the two disorders.
Recent head complications
The findings on the scan are unlikely to be causing any of the symptoms. Your symptoms, if they are all occurring together, and are episodic, are likely migraines.

All the symptoms may not be from one problem. The acne, for instance, may not be related to the other problems. If you have not been to a Neurologist, or had an MRI of the head and neck, you should do so. The combination of numbness, fatigue and trouble thinking suggests a brain or cervical spine problem, of which there are numerous causes. An MRI and laboratory tests may well give you an answer.

Your symptoms sound more like migraines than a TIA. Typically TIA results in a loss of function: paralysis, blindness, loss of feeling. Your episode sounds like the extra sensations that can occur with migraines: warm sensations, ringing in the ears and skin tingling. Migraines dont always occur with a headache. You can have neurological symptoms followed by headache, headache alone, or the neurological symptoms without any headache. Thats not to say you should ignore the episode. You need to at least notify your doctor about it.
