I would use either Epsom salt or domeboro soaks, and try packing cotton subungual/under the the nail, if no improvements contact a Podiatrist

Depends on what type of procedure was performed, usually 8-12 weeks

It appears you may have a vascular problem secondary from venous stasis. You will need to keep your skin moist with lotion or a cream, and seek medical advice.

Thick toenails that grow out extremely slowly?

It sounds like you may have fungal or a diseased nail matrix where you seek a Podiatrist to do a nail biopsy

Not sure cause. Pain in the feet can be for multiple causes and should be evaluated.
