Nausea happens a lot in young people like you. You can get medication to help with that but you should see a pediatrician.

It's usually not serious, might be hemorrhoids but make sure you are not anemic and consider getting evaluated to make sure it is nothing else.

Heartburn is very common and not dangerous. You should not worry, but better control can be had by using zantac or prilosec. You can get these without a prescription.

Burping

The stomach is hypersensitive, thus the burping and early satiety. There are medications to help with this, if there is no peptic ulcer disease.

Stomach pain

Sounds like an acute infectious gastritis, probably food poisoning. It should resolve though the stomach can remain sensitive for weeks to months.
