Assuming there are two separate issues, depending upon your medical state, one would try a medication that would not generally worse than the other condition. That would be initially. Generally, the most effective medicine for ADHD is a stimulant. The most effective medication for inside he is an SSRI or SNRI. Assuming you are medically able to and all these medication safely, one has to determine which will be treated first. Then, the other would be treated second. The medications used should be compatible with each other. Many of them are not.
