Lastly brush your teeth with a sodium flouride toothpaste for 2 minutes and don’t rinse it off with water. Leave a small amount of toothpaste on teeth and go to bed. You do that and your teeth and gums will be great.

Can braces cause jaw pain?

Absolutely because the same nerve associated with teeth, gums and jaw. Talk with your dentist if pain doesn’t go away after 48 hours.

How long can you leave dentures in peroxide?

I prefer to never use peroxide in dentures. If you clean them with blue dawn soap they will last a long time keeping them clean and free from bacteria.

Good fitting dentures should last 10-15 years.
