Lots of things can cause cough, most commonly post nasal drip, reflex disease, and asthma. Try some over-the-counter Flonase everyday for at least a month and see if that helps you.

The inside of the ear canal has skin just like the rest of your body. If your ear is laying down in the pillow, the inside of the canal will get moist. That's also totally normal. It's normal for your ears to itch every once in a while. Occasional ringing. Your buzzing is not a big deal, but if it's persistent and new, get a hearing test and bring it to an ENT doctor

No. that's called a circumvillate papillae. It's a different type of taste buds along the back if the tongue. It's normal

Don't worry about it. Could be birthmark, or simply a bruise. The tongue surface can change rapidly. Looks unremarkable

If you have any smoking history, talk about that too. Otherwise looks like a totally normal tonsil

Tips for dealing with sinus congestion and ear pain

Take anti inflammatory and stay hydrated. Referred eat pain from inflamed lymph nodes in the neck is common.

Plugged ears

Get some afrin nasal spray and use it for two or three days. Practice popping your ears, this should clear the ear pressure

Ear is swollen

Responsive vasodilation to the change in temperature. Its normal as your capillaries dilate to bring warm blood to the superficial body parts.

Fractured jaw

You can but you risk infection if you continue to move the broken jaw. Eat a soft nearly liquid diet and get to the ENT as soon as possible.

Ulcer on tonsil

You can, but it likely won't help. Try gargling warm salt water, and taking Motrin or other NSAIDs.

Elongated Lymph nodes

That could be many problems, from mono to a simple virus, to infected hair follicle, to syphilis. You should get evaluated by a physician and likely tested for common STD's.

Do I have an ear infection?

Doesn't look infected. You may have a but if fluid behind the ear drum, but hard to tell from a static photo. For the most part it does not look infected.

I had tonsil stones

Unfortunately, tonsil stones are annoying. The official diagnosis for tonsil stones is chronic tonsillitis. Only tonsillectomy can permanently cure tonsil stones.

you might be developing a peritonsillar abscess. I would suggest going to the ER to get evaluated. If you do have a PTA you should have it drained by an ENT.
