If people are thin enough ultrasound can be used initially, but CT is the gold standard.

I believe that to be a typo and it should be reviewed and a new report issued.

Can radiotherapy damage your heart?

It's a question for your radiation oncologist, not a diagnostic radiologist as I am. That is their speciality.
