No specific diet will either help nor harm a hernia. Rather look for alarming symptoms such as boating and vomiting and inability to pass gas or bowel movement

Is anesthesia necessary for endoscopy?

I routinely use anesthesia for endoscopy. It improves the patient and provider experience and is very safe. Granted, it can be done without.

Can hernia mesh push through skin?

It is possible, but hard to answer question without knowing more information

Not necessary, but generally recommended

How can you help with Chron's disease?

Generally it is managed with medications. Surgery is reserved for complications and non-response to medications.

What medications help with pain after hernia surgery?

I recommend Tylenol and Advil. Very rarely narcotics.
