This depends of your activity levels. If you are trying to lose weight to gain weight, this varies a great deal. I recommend looking into your basal metabolic rate and follow those guidelines.
Many factors are used for calorie level such as ht, wt, activity level, and medical conditions.  So you question can be answered with age. Thank you Sam Gross MS.RD.LD
This is a question for your doctor who can look at your weight, height, health conditions and goals. Best of luck.
Hello,

The concept of calorie counting isn't always the best approach as caloric needs vary not just from person to person, but even can vary for the same person throughout the year. Daily caloric needs depend on many different factors: your current body size (height and weight), your health goals (losing/gaining/maintaining weight, building muscle, etc.), age, and physical demands (sedentary/active/athletic). Also, it can vary by season and health status (pregnant or not, certain health conditions, etc.). Typically, having a healthy, well-balanced diet with appropriate proportions and not eating late in the day/night is more important. And no, there is no such thing as one perfect diet for everyone for the same reasons as above.
1200....although everyone is different.
Depends on your level of activity. You can get a guideline here: https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html
There are multiple factors that would dictate the appropriate response, so more information is needed. Remember this- food is fuel to perform but it also builds and heals - or destroys- a body. Make wise, natural choices when possible.
Focus not on calories but on real, clean, and living foods. No manufactured or premade foods or food like substances that have no nutrition. Also stay away from fast food. If you are going to eat out, take the time to sit down and enjoy your food at a quality fresh made wholesome restaurant.
The key to longevity is low caloric intake. It depends on your weight, height, medical history.
