You need to have this further evaluated, especially with a history of congenital heart defects; One main concern would be a genetic disorder. Medication side effects are also a consideration but I could not find the two medications ( Aprovasc 300/10 or Aspegic ), Propranolol is used in Essential tremor. I would suggest sitting down with your Neurologist and reevaluating your signs and symptoms and perhaps doing testing such as an MRI of Brain, EEG and possibly genetic testing.
