If you seek this procedure, please, please go to a reputable, board-certified plastic surgeon who is not going to try to cram as much fat as possible into your buttocks. I personally find the look bizarre. I do not do the BBL. It is the most dangerous cosmetic procedure out there with a risk of death of 1 in 3000 patients. The surgeon needs to know what they are doing and follow safety guidelines for this procedure. Fat should never be injected into the muscles of the buttocks.
