It's possible. The answer would depend on the cause of the shoulder pain.
Absolutely it can! The shoulder is one of the more difficult joints of the body as it is designed for a lot of mobility but not much stability or strength. Depending on the specifics of your shoulder joint pain, there are different approaches that can be taken to help alleviate it. I would recommend seeking out care from either a chiropractor or physical therapist who works with sports injuries. Often times there is a large imbalance of strength in muscles that make up the rotator cuff, so a personal trainer might be able to help you out as well.
It depends on what the cause of the shoulder joint pain is, but generally yes. There are many harmless conditions that cause shoulder pain that can be treated effectively with chiropractic care. With that being said, there are more serious conditions that a chiropractor may not be able to treat effectively or within their scope of practice.
The short answer is yes, shoulder pain can be fixed! Shoulder pain is common & can be caused by issues with the shoulder joint. Or it can be caused by issues with the surrounding soft tissues. These soft tissues include muscles, ligaments, tendons & bursae. Shoulder pain that comes from the joint generally gets worse with arm or shoulder movement. Also, certain health conditions of the neck, chest or stomach can cause shoulder pain. These include nerve issues in the spine, heart disease & gallbladder disease. When other health issues cause shoulder pain, it's known as referred pain. If your shoulder pain is referred, it shouldn't get worse when you move your shoulder. If your shoulder pain is getting worse or has lasted more than a couple of days, you should consider an evaluation to determine the cause & appropriate treatment.
It depends on why you have shoulder joint pain, if it’s not torn or broken the majority of them can be helped.
Like so many things in medicine, we have to ask or determine the cause
With shoulder pain, history and exam and imaging studies begin to help pinpoint the cause
While “ no fixes” effective treatments are available
