If you are active and stretching and exercising on a regular basis, a full body adjustment every couple of months is a great way to keep your joints and spine maintained.
Hi there, thank you for this question! Assuming you are relatively healthy and routinely work out, I'd recommend at least 1-2x/month. I don't have any idea what your health/body condition looks like; until I can meet you and get to know your lifestyle, I'd be inclined to recommend you come into the office for an evaluation before taking my advice.
Thanks again for the question!

Chiropractic adjustment frequency varies from person to person. Chiropractic adjustments once a week for health maintenance is recommended. For more complex cases, 3 times a week for a short period of time should alleviate pain as well as allow body the ability to stabilize so that it can heal itself.
Every singe body is different! If you have no problems going on or found on x-ray/ examination, then a good maintenance routine would be either every other week or once a month. However, if after exam and x-rays we find things that need to be corrected, that’s different.
Research shows that a joint can dysfunction for about 30 days before the arthritis and degeneration processes kick in. Chiropractors identify joint dysfunction and correct it using an adjustment. This stand to reason, then, if you visit your chiropractor on a monthly basis, it is less likely that the degeneration process will kick in. Therefore, I recommend monthly adjustments.
With hours at a computer and frequently too little exercise, modern life often contributes to common back and neck pain, and you may find that a regular adjustment every two to four weeks can prevent problems.
This depends if you are having chronic pain or a recent injury. I generally recommend once per week for a few weeks, then once every 2 weeks for a few treatments, then once per month, then 2-6 times per year for prevention and maintenance. This will also depend on many other health related factors. Every patient is unique.
If a patient has no injuries but want to catch minor misalignments before they cause problems, a chiropractic adjustment anywhere from once a month . Also, a patient can make a chiropractic appointment whenever he/she start to feel some tension or pain. If a patient have a condition or injury causing serious pain, he/she will likely need intensive treatment. This might entail as many as two or three back adjustments a week, with a gradually decreasing number of weekly visits that could last a year or more
