The Johnson and Johnson vaccine has a small risk of clotting. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines do not have a clotting risk. Oddly, multiple studies show the disease itself is less immunogenic and less protective than the mRNA vaccines. You can see a full list of vaccine contents online if you just search contents of each vaccine. Except for one or two deaths from severe allergy, there have been no deaths due to the mRNA vaccines in millions of doses. The death rate with the vaccine, and the causes of death, are the expected numbers without the vaccine.

You should not use the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Either of the mRNA vaccines would work, with the following caveats: Levels of immunity achieved with these, or other vaccines, are lower when your immunity is low, as it is with your illness; that said, Moderna levels are not as high as Pfizer, but last longer. This is in general, and may not apply to you specifically. I would recommend either mRNA vaccine.

There is one study that mentions that of 3100 ENT office visits for symptoms like Meniere's, 30 were vaccinated for Covid within 10 days of onset of symptoms. This in no way correlates Meniere's worsening after the vaccine, because we have no idea how many people with Meniere's worsened without the vaccine. I cannot state with certainty you should avoid the vaccine.

Thanks for the question. There is actually a study that shows that smoking marijuana does not predispose to worse symptoms or outcome with COVID. Oddly enough, that same study shows that if people are exposed to secondary marijuana smoke, that is in the same room, have a much higher risk of poor outcome. So if you must smoke, do it alone. Cigarette smoke does predispose to poor outcome either in the smoker or people exposed secondarily.
