You definitely need to consult an Otolaryngologist who can look at your vocal cords and area around it. Please do so
A small blockage?
Very likely it’s blockage of one of salivary gland. Please consult an Otolaryngologist
Ringing ears?
Nasal congestion could have left with some fluid in the ears. Need to see an Otolaryngologist to evaluate and diagnose
There seem to be 2 bones in my thyroid/throat?
Need to see ENT SPECIALIST. This may be normal variation. Only examination and if needed some radiologist studies
Lost voice?
Need to consult ENT who can look at Vocal cords and see if there is some swelling or else
Sinus infection?
You should till you are totally symptoms free and your ENT has cleared you
Difficulty eating and swallowing?
You should have consulted ENT specialist by now who can do a thorough evaluation and if need get allergy evaluation and if need be some radiological evaluation tpo
Headache
I sure would like to rule out sinus infection. You need to consult ENT and likely need CT scan of your sinuses.
Nose injury?
You need to consult an ENT who can do examination and advice you what needs to be done
Getting a medical humidifier?
Have you consulted ENT and what's the past medical history
Large knot on ear?
With this short history, more likely it is blockage of salivary gland. You have mentioned left side but in photo it is right side
