One more thing to consider would be getting tested for Lyme disease. It can certainly manifest with many of your findings.

Seems like you had the seizure at the precise right (or wrong time) when the front door was left open. Glad to hear you were alright after waking up unconscious on a bridge. This is very concerning however. I suggest you see your Neurologist and get an EEG and Sleep study to determine what is going on exactly. I would also revisit "A Lot" of the medications you are taking to make sure some may not be the culprit. Last but not least to make sure you stay home deadbolt the entrance and exit doors with double key when you go to sleep, that way, there's less of a chance of you wondering away while having one of those wondering seizures. No telling where you could wind up next time.
