Also, many times the radiologist can call something normal, but looking in the nose, the deviated septum can be seen. So, I’d go to an ENT to look in the nose to be sure

Chesty cough?

Is it discolored? If yes, you need antibiotics. If no, I’d suggest allergy medications, singular and mucinex

Sorry to hear about your issue. Hard for me to say without looking in your ear. But, here’s my advice:

- dilute white vinegar and distilled water 50/50
- put 2-3 drops/ear two times a day for 7 days
- peroxide diluted with water to clear the ear of wax and dead skin
- baby oil at night to lubricate it

Could be wax: clean 'em out with peroxide. Could be allergies: try Flonase.

This is a very difficult problem to fix, and to be honest to figure out. There’s no doubt stress/tension/anxiety can be a predisposing risk factor. I would treat any potential source of irritation such as allergies abs acid reflux. Occasionally I’ve had success in reducing the symptoms by using a nerve modulator such as gabapentin or nortriptyline. Very rarely, a BOTOX injection may help. But, in office endoscopy is required

I believe I have a leech living in my nose?

You need a CT scan and office nasal endoscopy to look for it.
